Policies
•Additional charges may be applied for any location outside of Austin, Texas (this includes Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Buda, Taylor, Manor, San Marcos to name a few).
•Additional charges apply for specific time of delivery on Valentine's or Mother's Day.
•Payment is non-refundable. If your recipient is not at the location specified on the date specified or if plans change, contact me as soon as possible to make other arrangements. The telegram can be rescheduled to another day and time one time.
•Any changes to the delivery information should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to delivery to ensure changes can be accommodated.
